Yin and Yang
The objective here was to achieve a balance between the tranquil waters of the upper pond with lilies and the sheet fall leading to the turbulent waters of the lower pond. All five archways will eventually all be covered by upright Weeping Larches (larix kaempferi pendula).
Behind and to the left we have created a tall hops production area, where we grow 9 varieties of hops.
